Blue Diamond Construction Signs Latest Contract With Sackman Enterprises On Avon Lakeview Townhomes

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- Blue Diamond Construction announced today its newest contract with Sackman Enterprises on their new Avon Lakeview Townhomes in Avon-by-the-Sea.

Blue Diamond will be providing the drywall package for 19 upscale townhomes, each ranging between 2230 to 2674 square feet.  All units consist of three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, two-and-a-half stories and a flexible bonus room with a private bathroom.

Scheduled to be completed late summer 2025, the exclusive collection of new construction townhomes will seamlessly blend modern luxury with the timeless charm of Avon-by-the-Sea, a picturesque coastal community featuring sandy shores along the Atlantic Ocean.
