Industry veteran brings deep legal, regulatory, and intermodal experience to support CCM's next phase of growth
ROCKAWAY, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- CCM announced today that Tara Pellicori has joined as Senior Vice President & General Counsel, strengthening its leadership team during a pivotal time for the transportation industry.

Pellicori holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College.

- Subaru of America, Inc.: Most recently serving as Director and Associate General Counsel, Pellicori advised on distribution, joint ventures, and governance. She also supported Subaru's electrification transition and Love Promise initiatives, reflecting her values-driven leadership.
- DLA Piper: Previously, as Of Counsel, Pellicori advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Her work directly aligned with CCM's industry, where she advised on intermodal growth initiatives and led compliance programs for major U.S. marine port terminal operators and global shipping clients.
