John C. Morley Launches National Author Talk & Signing Tour and Introduces JCM Academy

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- John C. Morley officially launched his first Author Talk & Signing Experience on May 26, 2026, at The Ryan Rezvani Room in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.

The event celebrated the release of John's new book Drained to Driven and introduced JCM Academy, a platform focused on leadership, STEM education, keynote speaking, personal growth, podcasting, and transformational learning experiences.

John C. Morley is an Author, Speaker, Engineer, Podcast Host, Marketing Specialist, Video Producer, and Serial Entrepreneur currently pursuing his Master's degree at Montclair State University.

During the evening, John shared the deeply personal journey that inspired him to become both an author and public speaker. Unlike a traditional lecture, the presentation unfolded as an authentic storytelling experience centered around burnout awareness, resilience, emotional wellbeing, intentional living, and personal transformation.

One of the most emotional moments of the evening came when John shared how a devastating skiing accident years earlier unexpectedly changed the direction of his life forever. According to John, had he never broken his leg during that accident, he likely would never have become an author or speaker.

"This book was about awareness," John shared during the presentation. "So many people continue functioning externally while quietly becoming emotionally exhausted internally. I wanted people to understand they are not alone."

Audience members quickly became engaged throughout the evening. Many guests initially planned to stay for only part of the presentation, yet nearly everyone remained for the full experience and book signing.

John was also grateful to welcome many community members, including Mayor Charles Kahwaty of Franklin Lakes.

For many attendees, the evening offered an opportunity to see John not only as the person who reads at church, the President of a 501(c)(3) organization, or a Serial Entrepreneur, but also as a well developed speaker, educator, author, and thought leader with a meaningful story capable of connecting with audiences on a deeper level.

The event also served as a public introduction to JCM Academy. According to John, the platform was created to inspire leadership, awareness, resilience, education, curiosity, and transformation through speaking, podcasting, STEM education, workshops, coaching, media, and community driven experiences.

John also confirmed that Drained to Driven is only the beginning of a larger publishing journey, with several future books already being planned surrounding leadership, burnout, resilience, emotional awareness, technology, intentional living, and artificial intelligence.

The Franklin Lakes event officially marked the beginning of John's growing National Author Talk & Signing Tour, with additional speaking engagements, workshops, educational presentations, and community events already being planned throughout the region and beyond.
