SEWELL, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- William O'Hanlon, CEO of Ryan James & Daniels Corp and prominent community leader, has achieved a significant legal victory today as Judge Whitcraft of the Municipal Court of Justice dismissed all charges against him. Following a four-year legal battle, O'Hanlon's name has been officially cleared, with Judge Whitcraft ordering a full expungement of the charges.
The decision comes four years after O'Hanlon was initially arrested on charges of theft by Officer Fred Volpe of the Washington Township Police Department. The case was later transferred to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office, led by Prosecutor Jackie Caban. From the outset, O'Hanlon maintained his innocence, pleading not guilty, and spent two days in jail before being released under strict pretrial monitoring requirements.
Today's ruling not only dismisses both counts of theft but also grants O'Hanlon a full expungement, effectively removing any record of the charges. Judge Whitcraft's ruling reflects a comprehensive review of the facts and supports the stance of innocence that O'Hanlon has held since day one.

This outcome serves as an important affirmation of O'Hanlon's standing in the community and underscores his dedication to public service and justice.
