OpTech Solutions, a technology and consulting firm specializing in contact center operations, has helped VSA take its recently expanded inbound customer service offerings to the next level.
HADDONFIELD, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- VSA Prospecting has announced a new partnership with OpTech Solutions, a technology and consulting firm that specializes in contact center operations.
The collaboration has helped VSA strengthen its recently expanded inbound customer service offerings and helpdesk support. Last year, VSA began offering full-time inbound services for any client in need of that type of assistance, alongside its traditional outbound lead generation and appointment-setting capabilities.
OpTech Solutions was co-founded by Shellie Plymale and Gina Gibson to help clients improve their operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. Per its website, the company offers "expertise in technology sourcing, consulting, and platform optimization."
Shellie and Gina have provided a hands-on approach, directly assisting VSA with reviewing RFPs, onboarding new clients, and developing program-specific strategies, among other important tasks.

OpTech also introduced VSA to a powerful omni-channel platform that has allowed the company to upgrade its inbound customer service capabilities and provide clients with additional support.
