CAMDEN, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- William O'Hanlon, U.S. Navy veteran, former CEO, and MAGA candidate for Mayor of Washington Township, is calling for a full federal investigation into what he alleges is a criminal conspiracy between Retired NJ State Police Captain James Knoeller, FBI Agent Michael T. Poulton, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Diana Carrig—a conspiracy that he says led to the theft of his late father's estate and a politically motivated prosecution.

O'Hanlon recently obtained a Facebook message from Knoeller containing highly confidential legal information about forthcoming charges from the Department of Justice. According to O'Hanlon, this proves Knoeller was receiving illegal leaks from inside the U.S. Attorney's Office, particularly from Carrig, and possibly in coordination with Poulton — Knoeller's long-time personal friend.

"There is no legal or ethical way Knoeller could've known these details," said O'Hanlon. "This message is proof that a federal prosecutor was feeding inside information to someone outside law enforcement — someone who had a personal financial interest in my destruction."

The Facebook message was sent just days before O'Hanlon and his wife Karen were told by their attorneys that new charges would be filed against them through RJD Corp — a development that would revoke their bond and keep them jailed for years awaiting trial.

O'Hanlon asserts that this leak directly connects to a larger financial crime: the coordinated theft of his father's estate, estimated between $1–2 million. Knoeller had obtained power of attorney under questionable circumstances, sold the family home far below value, and drained accounts — all while federal authorities allegedly blocked O'Hanlon from protecting his father's interests.

"This was never about justice. This was about three connected officials weaponizing the justice system to steal from my father and bury me alive," said O'Hanlon. "They coordinated everything — from the bank shutdowns, to the arrests, to the court filings. And now the evidence is starting to emerge."

O'Hanlon cites a pattern of hostility from Carrig, including a statement she allegedly made during a grand jury session where she said she hoped O'Hanlon "dies in prison."

He is now urging oversight bodies to investigate violations of multiple federal statutes, including:

- 18 U.S. Code § 1510 & § 1512 – Obstruction of criminal investigations and witness tampering

"They think they've won," said O'Hanlon. "But like President Trump said — Nothing can stop what's coming." We need to remove corrupt DOJ officials that weaponize the DOJ against innocent MAGA candidates for office. Only the NJAG Alina Habba has the courage to investigate a case like this. It's why President Trump appointed her and it's why they tried to remove her.
