MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- Association Headquarters (AH) is delighted to announce that Robert (Bob) Waller Jr., CEO and President, has been recognized as one of South Jersey Biz magazine's "Top CEOs of 2025." This prestigious accolade highlights Waller's outstanding leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Waller has been with AH for over thirty-seven years, guiding the organization from just a few employees to more than one hundred and fifty across the country. With Bob at the helm of company culture, employees have nominated AH as a Top Workplace of NJ in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021, and a Top Workplace of the US in 2022. Additionally, under his leadership, AH's client partner portfolio has amassed an impressive list of nearly fifty, with 2025 slated for substantial growth, both organically and through acquisitions.
Bob is known to his colleagues as a leader in the association management industry, having received several industry awards such as the AMC Institute's Glen Bostrom Life Time Achievement Award, MASAE Points of Light Award, the NJSAE Excellence in Association Management Award, and the designation of Fellow by ASTM International. Recently, Bob won the Customer Service CEO of the Year award from the Customer Service Institute of America.

Bob is a past president of the AMC Institute, New Jersey Society of Association Executives (NJSAE, now MASAE), and the International Consumer Products Safety Organization (ICPSO). He currently serves on the board of JPMA Cares and has served as a board member and officer for many area non-profits and children's charities, such as Kids In Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.) and First-Candle.
