Rook Coffee Announces The Beneficiaries of Its Second Annual Day of Giving

LONG BRANCH, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- Rook Coffee is thrilled to announce the beneficiaries of its second annual Rook Gives Day of Giving. Rook will donate 100% of profits and donations made on January 14th, 2020 to 180 Turning Lives Around and The Emmanuel Cancer Foundation.

180 Turning Lives Around's mission is to empower survivors and families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault to find the courage and strength to turn their lives around. Proceeds from the Day of Giving will support their emergency domestic violence shelter located in Monmouth County.

The Emmanuel Cancer Foundation provides New Jersey families faced with pediatric cancer a place to turn for comfort and support through professional in-home counseling and a uniquely tailored package of assistance. Proceeds from the Day of Giving will support their Eastern Regional Center located in Wall, NJ.

About Rook Gives: Launched in 2019, Rook Gives is an annual Day of Giving initiative by Rook Coffee where local nonprofits receive 100% of profits and donations on Rook's anniversary, January 14th. The beneficiaries of the company's inaugural event included three local charities, The Ashley Lauren Foundation, The Friends of Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center, and The Tigger House Foundation.
