Southern Ocean Chamber Women In Business Summer Roundtable Set For June 28

SHIP BOTTOM, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- In time for Summer, the  Southern Ocean Chamber's popular Women in Business networking meeting happening at the Residences at Stafford Senior Living Community located at 1275 Rt 72 W in Manahawkin.  It will take place Tuesday, June 28 beginning at 10am. The program will discuss the Shield to Wellness, as well as provide tours and light refreshments during the morning. Shield to Wellness is an adopted method in the community, as it is committed to wellness of body, mind and spirit for brain health. Discussion will focus on sleeping, handling stress, interacting with others, exercising, learning and diet.
