BEDMINSTER, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- The Board of Trustees of the Center for Contemporary Art ("The Center") in Bedminster, NJ is pleased to announce the appointment of Sherry Wrana as the organization's new CEO & Executive Director.
Founded in 1970, The Center is committed to "provide a vibrant, contemporary cultural center through arts education, exhibitions and community partnerships that will inspire creativity and enhance people's lives," and to developing and maintaining programs that create a vibrant regional hub for the arts.
Sherry Wrana holds an MBA and has extensive experience leading teams, managing creative projects, and stewarding complex budgets. In her past role, Wrana served as Executive Producer at Vivendi Universal where she was responsible for the development and marketing of award-winning edutainment, game, and productivity software, managing teams of artists, animators, composers, writers and programmers. Earlier in her career, she designed and implemented financial systems for local governments and governmental nonprofits, giving her insight into the operational side of mission-driven work.

Wrana has a strong track record of non-profit service in our local community including roles as CFO, President, and Treasurer for several volunteer organizations and having served on a Grant Evaluation Committee for Impact100 Garden State, and serving on The Center's Board from 2022 to 2025 holding the offices of Treasurer, Vice President and President.
