Thrive Leadership Institute Facilitates Second Cohort of Small Business Workshops in East Orange

EAST ORANGE, N.J. - JerseyDesk -- Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc., in strategic collaboration with Mayor Ted R. Green and the East Orange City Council's Department of Policy, Planning & Development, is proud to announce the official launch of the Second Cohort of the Professional Development Workshop Series. The highly anticipated 10-week program kicks off on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the East Orange Public Library, located at 21 South Arlington Avenue.

The Professional Development Workshop Series is a powerful initiative designed to support and elevate East Orange's small business community. Led by Executive Coach and Business Strategist Anna D. Banks, the program is tailored specifically for local entrepreneurs and small business owners with between 1–5 employees. Participants will receive comprehensive, real-world training on how to build more resilient, sustainable, and growth-ready businesses within an urban landscape.

Upon successful completion of the program, eligible business owners may qualify for Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) Certification—a valuable designation that unlocks access to tax benefits, grant opportunities, and additional business development resources.
