ISELIN, N.J., May 23, 2024 ~ World Insurance Associates LLC (World), a rapidly growing insurance brokerage in the United States, has welcomed Thaddeus Woosley as its new executive vice president and head of national practice groups. In this role, Woosley will play a crucial part in supporting the expansion of World's niche industry practice groups. This includes developing new products and capabilities within existing practices to meet the specific needs of clients, as well as establishing new industry practices that will set World apart in the market and provide value to clients in key growth segments.
As an integral member of World's executive leadership team, Woosley brings with him over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the insurance and financial services industry. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of broker management and sales operations at QBE North America. Prior to that, he had a successful career at Aon plc where he held various positions, including Vice President and Head of Marketing for Aon Risk Solutions U.S. Retail.

Tom Fitzgerald, President of World's retail business, expressed his excitement about Woosley joining the team. "The complexity of risk in today's world is increasing dramatically," Fitzgerald stated. Woosley graduated from Truman State University and will be based out of Chicago for his new role at World. He officially assumed his position on May 21st, 2024.
